Detailed Eligibility Criteria For Phenom Off Campus Drive 2024 :

• Any Graduate from batch 2022 & 2023

Training:

• Immerse yourself in a comprehensive 3-month training program tailored to Backend, Fullstack, SRE, or AI roles.
• Upon successful completion of training, transition into product development teams, where real-world challenges await

Interview Process:

• Stage 1: Engage in a Pen & Paper test.
• Stage 2: Receive test results within the next 3 working days.
• Stage 3: Participate in an in-person or video interview.
• Stage 4: Final shortlisting – Join the ranks of 40+ outstanding candidates.
• Stage 5: Onboard the selected candidates on February 1, 2024.
